I absolutely love One Peak! My husband and i see Whitney, she's so caring and on top of our health. Plus everyone in the Medford office are very helpful and pleasant to work with. We are completely satisfied with One Peak ❤

Took my daughter in today for her first visit loved Whitney Johnston. The lab ladies not so much my daughter was getting her first labs and they tried to dig around in her arm. That was a big nope not happening

The phone system here needs help. Nobody answers the phone when I call. Today I had a Telehealth appointment. I checked in online and the MA called me and left a voicemail. I called back and could not get through.

never even made it to the office.these people sent 3 emails a day threatening to cancel my appointment if I didn't fill out the paperwork online within 24 hrs of the appointment. this started a week before my appointment. once I started to fill out the paperwork I realized that they were wanting my ss# on several pages ( im not comfortable puttingmy ssn in a text or online). so I sent them a message requesting papers to be mailed to me. at that point they just ignored me... lmao..no I won't give these people any of my time.and definatly don't trust them with my Healthcare.....

Over-all, it was good. Didn’t like that I was made to wear a mask. I was not sick. We should be moving on from Pandemic level, which was not requiring us to wear a mask before then!Also, I was there to get established with a new doctor...AGAIN. I’ve been at Peek Medical from when it first opened, and this will be my FIFTH DOCTOR!Why do the doctors move around so much?! This is not professional protocol, and I don’t appreciate having to start over 5 times, with new doctors. For that reason, I am only giving my experience at Peek 3-4 stars.
