List of Sean Hehn's Reviews
Doesn't listen to patients or their caregivers doesn't pay attention to other people's thoughts feelings has no concerns over was doing right instead of doing what he wants likes to tell lies to patients to make them think that they're okay when they're not
I have lived with Multiple Myeloma, which can not be "cured," for over five years under Dr. Hehn's care. In the beginning, I had to have testing and infusions weekly. After a Stem Cell Transplant, it's been monthly, so I've had some experience being a patient. When he first met me, he discovered my kidneys were near failure, had me hospitalized, and referred me to another fantastic doctor who specialized in kidney care. Today, my kidney function is in the normal range. Dr. Hehn is about as good as doctors get. He has solid working knowledge, is willing to research, listens to his patients, always responds to questions and concerns, and asks relevant questions to bring up issues patients might not bring up. If you run into his NP, Heidi Ogletree, she's fantastic too!
Great Dr.., Great Human Being. Explained everything He was going to bring to bear to cure my condition, listened to all questions and concerns, and went about it with compassion and patience. VeryThankful to Dr. Hehn and his staff.
THE absolute WORST Oncologist in Oregon! DON'T PUT YOU LIFE IN THIS QUACKS HANDS! Dr. Sean Hehn neglected my father for nearly 2 years! Due to his constant ignoring & wrongfully taking my father off all his meds for over 6 months to take care of a "tooth", Dads cancer spread like wildfire and now he's dead! THANK YOU DOC!!! Great Advice! What good is a tooth in a dead body! 2 Yrs of NEGLECT & BAD ADVICE! All the while, Dr.Hehn was never available. He's either on "vacation" or "out of the office". His patients are not his priority! If you have cancer, get a real Dr. who's knowledgeable and will treat your cancer professionally & aggressively. One who will be your advocate! Dr.Hehn didn't have the balls to even return our calls after repeated calls for help and advice. He has his asstnt call instead. (whom is lovely and provided us more CARE, CONCERN, ADVICE, ANSWERS & COMMUNICATION than Dr Hehn EVER DID!) He should be DISBARRED! Dont put your trust in this guy! You'll be SORRY you did!
Great Dr. Definitely needs improvement on his bedside manor. I asked him to stage my cancer he has ignored me. I asked him to fill out a cancer report with me. He filled it out and sent it to me. When i asked to discuss. His arrogance got in the way. He would not discuss any changes or blanks he did not fill out. In one response he wrote he didnt know. I have asked many times about my fish test results. No answer
I've been his patient for 9 years. He is patient. He listens to my concerns, and if he is not 1000%sure, he checks with OHSU which tells me he's humble. I like that in a Doctor.
Very knowledgeable doctor. Took the time to explain everything. He's a matter of fact doctor, not a warm fuzzy feeling type. But he's one of the best doctors in his field.
Everything you could ask for in a doctor. Caring, listens, spends whatever time is needed, treats you as an intelligent person whose views matter.

Just extremely impressed with Dr. Hein and his entire staff. Remarkably caring and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend him!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
