On feb 1 Dr Seth Hofstetter read my husband's CT scans and he noted 1 and only 1 4.7 cm mass in his scan.We headed towards OHSU hopeful that chem radiation then surgery were the plan. At OHSU we were informed that the reading was WRONG and there were MANY more which completely changed diagnosis and limiting his treatment options to a lifetime (a much shorter life) of chemotherapy regimens.No chance at remission no cure. Stage 4 Metastatic sarcomas.How do you miss MANY TUMORS with 29 years experience? Forever dashing all hope with 1 wrong report. And are we sure its only one bad reading?
