The staff here is truly second to none. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel like your problems are being heard and addressed. Ruben was fantastic and made updating my charts a breeze (he also had me laughing the entire time, even with a needle in my shoulder, and he made sure to double check the pronunciation of my old lady name which was really sweet). Miguel is PHENOMENAL! He knew pretty much immediately what was going on with my shoulder and was able to explain it to me in a way that made perfect sense. He did an injection for me that same day and it was as smooth and painless as one of those injections can be (definitely feeling much better the day after!). I also gotta call out the man’s shoes - they were beyond gorgeous & I delighted in having a stylish doctor. Can’t say enough good things! Glad to be in their care!

The Valley Immediate Care did a good job and are thorough. It can be very busy and it was swamped with patients on a Sunday. The attitude of the care providers kept their pretty smile and concerns on each patient. Even though I would’ve liked a faster visit, it was worth my time waiting. Thank you!
