Valley Immediate Care Orthopedics Medford does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
They got me in quickly and Miguel was very kind and took the time to explain my shoulder injury and show me the muscle groups involved, which I very much appreciated. I didn't feel rushed and was able to ask many questions. He also gave me a way to contact his office again if I had any questions after my visit. The office itself is a little bare ones, but I was treated well.

We came here for my daughters finger to be looked at., and every one was kind especially the doctor. He was so kind and funny! I definitely recommend!

The team was great--I got in quickly after my referral, from friendly check in to great service from Lorenzo in caring to be gentle with my Xrays, everyone made for a wonderful experience!

Couldn’t be happier with Miguel, or valley immediate care Ortho! They got my son in next day, and have giving him the best care! So glad I called around and found the team at V.I.C. Ortho instead of waiting 4-6wks for southern Oregon ortho.

I took my 2 year old kid in for a quick check on her finger to see if it was broken. Our check in process was great, Vanessa was quick with the forms and made checking in/out easy (which is what I needed with two small children in tow). Jeff did awesome with her X-rays, she showed her how it wasn’t scary and how to position her hands. Now that we’re home she pretends to take X-rays with her brother. Miguel was great too, he looked at her finger and made her feel very comfortable. During our visit he gave her a little Guatemalan worry doll and goody bag to take home which she loved. When we were back in the car she kept saying how he made her feel better and that she loved her little doll. I am biased as I know this clinic well but they made a great lasting impression on my kid so for that 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I can’t express how great they were with my kids. They went above and beyond making both my kids feel welcome and giving each of my daughters little worry dolls that the girls can tell their worries or fears to and put under their pillows. Miguel Barker was great telling my girls a little bit about different culture and stories. The supporting staff was Jeff, Jennifer, and Ruben were amazing as well as professional, and great helping treat my daughter’s broken wrist.

Dr Miguel and his team was very friendly and very helpful. He explained things well and thoroughly. Gave me all my options, but I didn't feel pressured to make my decision that day. I would recommend to future potential patients.
