Vivian Schiedler's Online Review Report Card

October 2020 horrific job done on both eyes by this surgeon and left disfigured for over a year as i had to wait to see another Dr for a revision to fix her huge mistakes!

October 2020 had an upper eye lid retraction surgery from Dr Sheidler. Communication was awful, and at follow up visit she had forgotten to even take any before photos of my eyes. Both eyes were VERY Uneven to the point of Disfigurement! She got angry that I was upset by her work and referred me to OHSU saying "Go...it won't hurt my feelings " it was completely Unprofessional and a terrible attitude. I basically had to hide my eyes everywhere I went due to how embarrassing and disfigured they were. Thankfully OHSU Reconstruction surgeon was amazing and fixed her botched job. He was also stunned how Unprofessional she was and at her work. Many QUALIFIED Drs...She is NOT one!

I was very pleased she took her time during the consult and that she's personable. In addition to wanting a doctor skilled with a scalpel, I like a human connection. The eyebrow lift to improve my peripheral vision went well.

Thorough exam, but not focused on my concern. Unfortunately her medical assistant did not perform to her satisfaction and made a huge production to humiliate and belittle her in my presence. Shocked and dismayed at this Unprofessional display, I did not return for the treatment I was hoping for.

Compassionate and skilled. She truly cares about her patients. Her training is the best available.

I was referred to Dr. Scheidler for drooping upper eyelids. I feel fortunate with that choice. She and her staff are very professional and thorough with explaining the procedure to me. The atmosphere in the operating room day of surgery was very relaxing and they made sure I was very comfortable and any needs were taken care of. The results of the surgery are fantastic and very natural looking. I am very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Schiedler.

Vivian Schiedler MD performed a bilateral eyebrow lift on me 2 weeks ago and the results were incredible! Her skill, her connection with her patients and efficiency, are unparalleled. Dr Schindler has a great bedside matter and gentle technique. I had seen other doctors for my eye problem. She did an amazing job restoring my vision.
