List of William Palm's Reviews
Dr. Palm is very personable, knowledgeable, and patient in taking the time to answer my questions. I'm grateful that he is my doctor.
Moved to Medford recently and was looking for a new PCP. Glad I found Dr Palm. He was personable, took his time and provided me a detailed plan. Highly recommend him!!
Dr. Palm showed a lack of compassion in my time in his office. As someone in a position of authority, he acted extremely unethical and dismissive. Would not recommend Dr. Palm to any of my peers.
Waited 2.5 months for my dad to be seen. He has COPD and asthma, with the Albuterol shortage it’s been really rough. The front office lady was the RUDEST said no they will not see my father because he has breathing problems. But we couldn’t be notified months ago? Your office has his records. What a waste of time. Was really hopeful Dr. palm would be a good Dr but they proved otherwise today. Now to wait to get established with someone else. Hopefully his albuterol last until we can get in with someone else in 2-3 months 🤦🏻♀️ It’s a shame that Doctors don’t care about the well being of their patients at all. It’s all about the Money
Excellent doctor! In the past I've moved around to a lot of different doctors but I've had him for years because I trust him. Always takes the time to thoroughly explain and always listens to everything you have concerns about without feeling rushed.
The worst experience here!!! The front desk people were so rude to us!! They wouldn’t see us just because we didnt have cash, i offered to run to the bank that was like 5 minutes away while they saw my husband but refused, we drove 3 hrs and took time off work to be on time and they didnt care at all. I work as a receptionist too and always try to give the best care to the patients and work with them the best I can. Would give zero stars if i could.
I've had Dr. Palm as my physician for 6 years now but it's time to move on. Very kind and thorough with his information, however his answer to everything is basically "It's anxiety. Here's some antidepressants." Upon 2nd opinions of various conditions turns out it was a bulging disk in my baon one occasion, knee bursitis another time, arthritisis in the neck another time. He doesn't dig deep and run further testing like labs, X-rays, MRIs, etc. It's all anecdotal based on your verbal concern. While I had a healthy fear of covid myself originally, for over 2.5 years he refused to even see me in person. Only last week I finally got an in-person appt after practically begging his scheduler and he still sat at the polar opposite corner of the room and refused to do an actual physical. It was another "all talk" visit. And it was another useless visit in the long run. My primary care shouldn't always have to come from 2nd opinion "urgent care" doctors who took the time to be more thorough.
Dr Bill Palm is very patient with me allows me to fully express my concerns on paper. Made sure it all got addressed & I understood. Took into consideration my suggested prescriptions & gave he satisfaction of working together.
I saw Dr. Palm about a year ago ( before COVID) I was very happy with the care I received. I appreciate his professionalism, the time he took to take my history & physical which was very complete, the excellent care I feel I got and guidence as far as my blood pressure. His staff have been very nice too
Attentive, easy to talk to, and explains things well. Overall, one of the best doctors I've had.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
