The staff at Dr met Wally is the best very polite kind great experience and Dr Matt Wally explain the procedure that I'm going to have and was just a pleasure to know that everything's going to be okay.
The staff has been great. They really helped answer questions. Every time I called
Dr. Metwally performed total knee replacement on both of my knees (one in October '22 and the other in May '23). Thanks to his surgical skills, his staff, and my physical therapist I had excellent outcomes with both surgeries and recovered full functionality within 6 weeks of surgery on both. I was able to schedule both surgeries in a timely manner and the service was very professional from Dr. Metwally, his staff, and the Grant's Pass surgical center where the procedures were performed. Both procedures were outpatient surgery and I went home on the afternoon of the surgical procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Metwally and his office for this procedure.
I have had both knees replaced by Dr. Metwally and am very pleased with the outcome of both surgeries and his professionalism.
Office staff is super nice and professional. Dr.Metwally has a superb bedside manner...having a full knee replacement and recently a hip issue, I'm extremely pleased with the care I've received.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful
My Grandma is alive today because of Dr. Metwally. When no one else would, he willingly stepped in and performed life-saving femur surgery. When no one else would, he visited Grandma in-person to explain her options and answer our questions before the surgery. When no one else would, he showed grace, compassion, and mercy in an hour of desperate need. Our family is forever grateful to Dr. Yaser Metwally.
I’m grateful for the knee replacement surgery that Dr Metwally preformed on me 6 weeks ago. I am walking with no pain which is a miracle. I don’t use the walker anymore or a cane. No more rehab either, I have my life back, I can go shopping again, yippee. I want to thank the staff who were friendly and professional and helped me to get through all the paperwork, insurance, and preparation to have this surgery. My gratitude and appreciation to Dr Metwally and his supportive team. Successful surgery.
Dr Metwally is very knowledgeable and personable. He doesn’t make you feel as though you’re just another patient. He takes the time to put you at ease, address your concerns and makes you and your outcome feel important to him. Which it obviously is by his standard of care.
After surgery on my elbow and wrist, they abandoned me. A medical assistant told me to call the on-call doctor over a holiday weekend for a refill for pain meds, yet they must assume anyone and everyone is an addict because the nasty answering service refused to connect me with the doctor. Twice. I only did what they told me. Four days out of surgery and no refill? They give the tiniest amount, not everyone is an addict, it is well documented in medical charts. Doctors are the ones creating street drug addicts, they are severely under treating their patients post-surgery. I never asked for hundreds of pills, just the twenty low dose for post-op nerve and surgical pain. I will never have another procedure in this area again.every step of this process has been horrific. Doctors don't care anymore as long as they get their paycheck, then the patient means nothing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
