I had a very unusual eye injury that I see Dr. Wang for. He is brilliant and is not afraid to think outside the box.. A very,very good doctor!!!

So thankful for Dr. Wang who did Retina surgery on my eyes. I have amazing vision still even after my retina detached because he was willing to do the surgery. So many things have happened to my eyes and he has always helped me. He is a great eye surgeon.

Lost significant vision in one eye due to nonsense by Dr Wang. Misdiagnosed and mistreated symptoms I kept telling him about. He walked me out a side door to the sidewalk at one point and told me to go across the street to another doctor, but I would come back because "everyone does". He actually laughed at me, as if I was complaining too much. After permanent damage to my eye, I visited another opthamologist, who in 5 minutes gave me a straight story, the right diagnosis, the cause of it (surgical chemical used by Dr. Wang), and got me on the right treatment but the damage cannot be repaired. If I had two eyes like the damaged one, I could no longer drive. It could have been prevented. I was provided information by Dr. Wang that the "elective" surgery was very important, when other doctors since have told me they never recommend it. Surgically, he is skilled, but beware of any such nonsense. All was reported in detail to the Oregon Medical Board.

Not only did the staff help with cross-state billing issues; I was also able to schedule an appointment in the time frame the ER Docs in California said was necessary. The care I received was thorough. Dr. Wang had an intelligent, gentle, humorous, way with me. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and left me with a plan of action moving forward.

Dr. Wang was the third eye surgeon I interviewed, regarding my eye problems and eye surgery. Unlike the others, he gave me very truthful, expert and commonsense advice, when I needed it most. Trustworthy and highly recommended.
