I have been seeing Jacki over the past several years. She is a gem. She’s very empathetic and caring. She gives good advice and resources for helping with diet and lifestyle. My husband has diabetes and she helps him with understanding his condition and helps him deal with all the emotions relating to his health.

I was sent to the emergency room by Jacqueline for failing an orthostatic test while my blood sugar was low (45mg/dl). I was denied a retest after eating and letting my blood sugar levels rise and sent to an emergency room about 45 minutes away (where they found nothing wrong) when there was another hospital about 2 blocks down the road. (Providence ER) All around i felt my care from Jacqueline was lacking in almost every way possible and would avoid her at all costs.
