Dr. Herber is one of the physicians that NWPC forwards my medical questions to when my PCP is unavailable. Both times, her responses have been rude and dismissive.

Dr Herber is the first doctor to actually take the time to read my medical history before entering our first appointment. I felt heard and understood and I left the appointment feeling as if I finally found a doctor that I can foresee a long relationship with.

Dr Herber is very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care. However, she is extremely hard to book appointments with. If you don't mind waiting to get in for at least a month, I would recommend her. But, when I need to see a doctor, I usually can't wait a month. So I usually end up booking appointments with other doctors at the clinic who can see you faster and who do the same thing. Dr Herber also requires "consults" in most cases, where all you do is pay to chat with her for about 10 minutes.... And then you have to book another "real" appointment for another 3 to 4 weeks out. Again, she's very nice and knowledgeable. But other doctors at the same clinic do the same things and can not only get you in sooner, but they do not require "consults."

Absolutely horrible and offensive service from this clinic. It refuses to accept appointments for established patients. Dr. Herber was chosen as the doctor for my wife because of recommendations and because she speaks Spanish. My wife did not visit the clinic for a couple of years because we were living overseas. After returning to the US, the clinic now refuses to give us an appointment, saying Dr. Herber isn't currently accepting new patients, and the clinic considers my wife a 'new' patient because of the time lapse between visits. I don't know who it is, Dr. Herber or NW Primary Care, but this is not the way to treat people.

Dr. Herber is always very positive and I feel heard during appointments. Definitely recommend!

Dr Herber is the only dr I will go to. She is compassionate and caring. I’ve gone through some pretty personally emotional things and her concern for my well being helped me through them. She always takes time to listen to what your concerns are, answer your questions and give you informed information. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another patient to her. I always feel like she is genuinely concerned about me and why I’m there. Thank you Dr Herber.

Dr. Herber is the best GP around. She has great bedside manner and actually cares about her patients. She also is very update on medicine and has great suggestions to get you the best care possible.

I've been a patient of Dr. Herber's for about 11 years, and am constantly impressed with her. She is a brilliant diagnostician, and her treatment plans are well-thought out. I was so impressed with her, that I suggested my husband switch to her (he did) and when my daughter "graduated" from her Pediatrician's care, she also became Dr. Herber's patient. I'm old enough, and have lived in enough different parts of the country and world to have seen many physicians. Dr. Herber is a standout.
