Nathalie Jacqmotte's Online Review Report Card

After two visits to this doctor I am blown away by the horrible service I received. I have almost $500 in visits because of the mishandling of insurance. Will never go back to her or the clinic after several attempts to explain why their ridiculous use of diagnostic techniques has made it so the insurance I pay for every month refused to pay for basic visits.

I recommend Dr. Jacqmotte to other people ad nauseum. Wise and down to earth, personable and crazy knowledgeable, she'll provide clear guidance but listen to your thoughts respectfully.

Dr Jacqmotte saw me because Dr Wu was out of the office. She is an intelligent & decisive doctor. She gave me excellent advice to further pursue my problem.

I was scheduled for a full pelvic exam and physical evaluation from Dr. Jacqmotte and instead all I got was a pap smear and a blood draw. All together I think she was maybe in the room with me for 12 minutes. I have a history of pre-cancerous cells in my cervix and its extremely important that my doctor be thorough. Not only was Dr. Jacqmotte not thorough, she was rude, dismissive and in a hurry to leave. Made me feel so awful I actually cried when I got back to my car. I won't be coming back.

I am increasingly disappointed with Dr. Jacqmotte though I think highly of the clinic. She has an extremely abrupt manner and is not at all thorough in her examinations. It's unfortunate.

I love Dr. Jacqmotte. She's been my and my partner's doctor for the past 10 years and I'm 100% satisfied with all aspects of her care. She's smart and kind and funny, thorough but not over-zealous in her treatment. She's well-informed and reliable and comforting and honest. I hope she only moves if I move and is healthy forever so she can take care of me deep into my old-age.
