I had bad experience, they keep you canceling appointments in the last minute, I'm tired of this I would not return to that dental clinic, the worst in Newberg.

Had an appointment today at 1 for a tooth that was bothering me for about 2 weeks and I’m a formar patient since I have ohp and tbh best Dentel group they have!! They were gentle they knew what to do and they were on top!! Super nice too there I even told them that they were 10x better then gentle Dentel in wilsonville where they don’t accept ohp and they are NOT careful !! But anyways ya 🙌🏻

We had an appointment which took weeks to get and when we got there we were informed that Dr Peters was no in the office. We were there to see the doctor about a serious health issue and had already waited weeks while the condition worsened. They gave us another appointment that was weeks away again. You can never get ahold of the staff when a need arises. 2.6 rating may be a little to high. Why can't they get another doctor or two in there to help, or is it that we are just low income people who don't deserve decent and compassionate care when its needed. I am offended by this joke of a medical facility. What happenef to the idea that low income citizens deserve the same high standard of care as the well off get.? Should be ashamed.

Dr. Faber is kind, professional and takes the fear out of dental procedures. Thank you for quick and thorough service.

This is the worst Virginia Garcia by far!! They will schedule you for an appointment and then call to confirm it the day before and then the morning of the appointment literally 20 minutes before after you have already requested time off of work, Then they want to call you to cancel! Several times we thought we were going for extractions or certain types of work to be done and we get there and they're like oh it was just a consultation we're not doing any dental work! One of my children has gone in there with abscesses in his mouth and they still Couldn't see him because their dentist isn't qualified to handle extractions of a broken tooth so they refer you out to an oral surgeon who is booked months out. So for the last 2 months my son has just been living with an absence on his mouth. Cause they canceled on us once again this morning.

I was very worried to go to this dentistry, because all of these bad reviews. However, I did it and I was treated super nice. The doctor and the Assistant were very friendly and explained everything. He did a great job. I definetly recommend going there!

Over 2 hours on hold to speak with someone and they still haven't answered. Submitted a call back number before I called back again and was on hold and 4+ hours later and still no call back. They try to blame it on Covid, but a 2.5+ hour hold time has zero to do with Covid and everything to do with VG not caring one bit about their patients or fixing their call center issues. Do NOT recommend this place at all. An utter failure in the managing of this clinic.

Horrible! Hard to get ahold of. Terrible treatment by staff. Dr. Peters is the only reason we continue to go.

Their dentist clinic has by far one of the rudest dentists that I have ever experienced! They try creating conversation but cut you off and answer rudely I’ve never dealt with service like this and I work in customer service! I will be calling in and making sure that the tall skinny male doctor will be getting in trouble because he is extremely rude and disrespectful to patients!

They won't even see me. I tried to get an appointment to see the dentist for 3 months. All I got at the end of trying to get into the dentist was we can't see.
