Best Urgent Care clinic period! Staff was amazing and treated me like I was family. I was in and out in under 30min. I was able to get my prescription in clinic which helped a lot. My back was hurting real bad and it saved me a trip to the pharmacy.. Amy Hinshaw FNP is amazing and her her MA Dawn is amazing too! If you’re sick or injured I would recommend you go strait to BestMed in North Bend.

Had a great experience despite having bilateral ear infection. Staff was friendly, thorough, understanding, kind and above all listened while providing thorough care. Thank you all for getting me seen and evaluated as quickly as you could.

10/10 Your staff was very professional and had great bedside manners. The NP who saw me Betty Le Brun was amazing. She didn't rush me in and out. She took the time to make sure I felt well enough before leaving. They did an excellent job. I don't remember the receptionist's name but he was very caring. NP Betty Le Brun did an amazing job at helping me calm down and explaining why I wasn't feeling well. She has a great bedside manner. I wish all the clinics in Coos Bay could be this good. Thank you!

Such kind and caring staff. Super easy to make appointments (can text everything and even submit your paperwork/insurance etc through text) . Honestly I'd have probably ended up at ER had they not been so simple to schedule with and kind. Thank you!!!

Went in for an urgent care visit while traveling. They sent me a bill for $350 for what was approx 5 min with nurse and 5 min with doctor. They told me up front it would be $150. Shame on these guys. An effective $2000/hr bill rate? That is criminal. No wonder the lobby was empty and I was the only one there.

This is the best medical care available in the Coos Bay Area, by far. The staff is experienced, compassionate, skilled and unlike so many places in a community with far too few doctors and fewer still who seem invested in their patients, one quickly senses that the staff at this clinic do actually care about the patients they see. They work together well, work efficiently, know when to send you to more serious resources. Sone dsys you have to wait a bit because this is a walk-in clinic. It would be wonderful if they had imaging, but they don’t so take the broken arm someplace else. While I miss the medical options of larger cities, the quality of this clinic is right up there. I wish the company would invest in expanding this clinic!

Fantastic! I went in with a respiratory virus and received great care. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got the care needed and was able to go home. Mark was particularly helpful and supportive while giving me advice :)
