MEDICAL STAFF WAS AMAZING! The receptionist was rude. My husband and I arrived at 12:45. We were in need of COVID tests. She knew we were walking. We were told to come back in one hour. Apparently for the staff to go on lunch.I had called at 11:30am to ask about tests and the turn around time. She never told me they break for lunch. Besides where I work we work until break and if someone comes it 5 till we take them. Plus she was rude and we were also told to wait outside. She told us it was 1 and we got home at 1:00.... It was like a 15 min walkWe did drive back after 2. I still feel like the compassion was left out. It was the same as when we first showed up. Not a soul I thereSo we can't talk about how overwhelmed they were.Still took forever to be seenThe medical staff were kind, professional, knowledgeable and bedside manner top.We would have 5 stars of not for the rude welcome and having been lied to about the time.
