Small quaint office vibe, that can focus on the patient at hand. All the way from the receptionist downy to the hygienist. Friendly helpful staff, with a great doc to back them up. Thanks for all.

The entire staff at Nyssa Dental is amazing. VFHC is lucky to have Dr. Concidine as well as Nikki, Elsa, and Trish. They’re a great team. Not only are they very professional but also friendly and kind. I never thought I’d ever look forward to a dental appointment but I do each time. Dr. Concidine is the best! He’s thorough, very gentle and takes the time to listens to your concerns and answers all your questions.

Great team! Elsa is our 'go-to' for all our scheduling needs and reminders and making billing, insurance, etc seamless. Thank you Valley Family for always serving our family well. The girls love getting their tokens at visits. I love how Piper determines her bravery rating based on how many tokens she receives. It's a good incentive for her to overcome anxiety. It's cute when she comes out excitedly exclaiming, " Mommy, I did really good; they gave me 5 tokens this time, that means I did really really good!"

This place was so nice! Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! They are very concerned about your health. They even took my blood pressure. I took in my service animal and everyone was comfortable with her being there. Even requested for another of my dogs to come! Made you feel welcome. No pressure. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I've had A LOT of dental work and developed an anxiety thing about said work. However, I had no need to fret.He is a MASTER shot giver! He goes slowly and with the the least pain. Didn't nick a nerve either! His vibe is very calming and he talks you through what he's doing and ensures you are as comfortable as possible.He didn't make me feel ashamed or guilty about the state of my teeth. Neither did the hygienists.I need a lot work to save my teeth that I need to save for. Dr. C offered an alternative to pulling them! A bandaid, if you will, while I save money. I am thankful for his compassion. I love my teeth!Thank you Dr. C and your awesome staff!
