4th time being there. 3rd time waited over an hour just to get the results of my husband's pt/INR. This last time today arrived 20 minutes early 1 person in the waiting area called her back. Then the receptionist went outside to call a patient in that was a sleep in his truck. He left and we were still sitting there. When we left the waiting room had standing room only. Neither times was there ever an explanation for why such a long wait! No respect for patients time.
