Marks Berger is my care provider, new provider for me since we moved here to Ontario about a year ago. I am very blessed to have met and be cared by by someone who is thoughtful, wise and caring. As someone who has several autoimmune diseases and a cancer recurrence, it is imperative I have someone who is able to not only listen and discern, but who will also work WITH me finding other care providers who have specialties such as gastroenterologists, and find the best ones. To have someone on your side in the medical field seems awfully rare these days. And the staff here at Valley Family are also very kind, patient and thoughtful. Wendy is one of the nurses at VF health (can’t miss her, she has amazing fire red hair!), is also one of my favorites! Praise God for these people. Thank you to all the staff!
Horrible experience! Its like pulling teeth just to get to a prescription over to the pharmacy!
No problem always treat goodand I love my DR PATRICK BARFIELD
Horrible experience, long wait and rude receptionist. I arrived at Sunday 12pm when the clinic opened and waited for 4 hours for a COVID test. This was the only place to get a COVID test so it was my only option. The receptionist were rude over the phone. I needed a rapid COVID test because I had mild symptoms and was exposed. I wanted to see if I tested positive to call my employer and let the know. I do not recommend this clinic at all whatsoever.
I was very lucky to get Doctor Smith as my provider . He treats my whole family. He is a doctor that really cares about his patients. He does everything to make his patients feel better.
I got here at 8 am and was calling and hold for 45mins. There have been 1or 2 people entering and im still being told "all receptionists are busy" i truly doubt you're that busy this earlyThey answered at 9:20with the excuse that they had a meeting, i planned on being here at 8am when their website said they opened so that i could get tested prior to my shift for work. As of the time of this edit, I'm supposed to be half an hour into my shift.
Staff is always helpfull and friendly. Usually get in right on time.
My husband and I love the staff and Dr Berger and his nurse Wendy are great!! We are so thankful for them and everything they do and have done medically! I love that Dr Berger doesn't take chances and is thorough with all testing😇👨⚕️👩⚕️
Note this location and the (overall) company is Idaho based and as such has a fairly strict "no medical marijuana forms signature" policy despite being located in Oregon (where even *recreational* marijuana is legal) and despite the form NOT being a prescription for marijuana but rather just a tacit acknowledgement that the listed conditions which the patient has been diagnosed with / are listed in the patient's files MIGHT be alleviated by cannabis instead of Opioids or muscle relaxants. This prohibitionist mindset is not uncommon in eastern oregon but is still sad to report in 2021 as it requires said patient to send off medical records to the state of Oregon instead of a simple form that is more respectful to the patient's privacy..
I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I love my provider and the other providers I’ve seen for walk in visits have been great!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
