Dr. Tutt is the BEST. THE THOUGHT of going to the dentist ALWAYS gave me panic attacks. I couldn't hold back the tears just sitting in the chair waiting to speak to a doctor. Dr. Tutt has changed my life forever!!! I no longer fear or have panic attacks when I go to see him. He is so amazingly gentle. He is kind and patient. I will NEVER be able to thank Dr. Tutt or the staff for giving me the smile that has been missing for years. I have now referred 4 people to Dr. Tutt and everyone of them feel EXACTLY the way I do. I never thought the day would come that I would say " I can't wait to go to the dentist." I made that statement today ! Forever grateful !!!

Dr Tutt is a great dentist and his staff are as well. Never had an issue with scheduling and they have always been accommodating in this regard. I never had to wait months or even weeks to get in if I needed to be seen right away. I have anxiety and a sensitive mouth, they have always taken this into consideration and worked with me. I had a minor chip on my front tooth that was driving me crazy. I called him about this and he scheduled me to come in right away and sanded it down for free, I really appreciated this. Grest dentist, staff and facility. He does his job and doesn’t act like used car salesmen, too many others do and try to upsell you on everything... really annoying.

Had a new patient exam and x-rays recently (AUG 2019). Friendly staff. Dr. Tutt explained everything thoroughly, and I found him to be polite, professional, and courteous. He recommended the Zirconia crown because it's the most durable material by far. Of course the best top-of-the-line products are the most expensive and that's not his fault. He didn't twist my arm or try to "sell" me anything. During the fillings and crown prep, he was very good with the needle and everything went smoothly. I'll go back for the rest of the recommended work I need including a second Zirconia crown. I have no issues with anything that happened in his office or in the chair. Hilltop Smiles accepts my Careington Care Dental discount plan as well. Would recommend.

I've been here a few times and every time he recommends all of these very expensive dental procedures so I decided to go to another dentist in Oregon city to get a second opinion and lo and behold they don't recommend a quarter of the things that Dr. Tutt did. My husband had the exact same experience with him, just seems more like a salesman rather than a dentist.
