Went in today for a possible fractured ankle. Was told by Alex, the NP that was working today, it was most likely fractured and he gave me an X-ray order. He said they would call either this evening or tomorrow depending on when the results came in. The X-ray tech at the hospital told me they weren’t busy and the radiologist should be able to read it and send the results within about an hour. Called urgent care about 3 1/2 hours after that and was told by the receptionist they won’t have anything until at least Monday. She didn’t even take my information to check for me in case they were there. Just completely blew me off. Would be giving 1 star based on that alone but Alex was awesome and deserves 5 stars.

Just was a frustrating experience since I went in for a simple covid test for travel and was told my results would be within 3 hours, then they said not until the next morning, then they said it won’t be until the day after that. Could’ve went to other places just trusted their word that it would be ready and almost missed my flight because of it.

Worst urgent care experience in my life, the provider, Katlin, did not listen or care what I had to say. Don’t waste your time or money, go to ER instead.

Be prepared to wait a long time. I showed up on a Friday at 9am, the place was completely empty, I checked in and filled out all the paperwork. They informed me they would get me in at 10am. I waited 45 mins before a Dr could see me, then another 45 mins for the exam and discharge paperwork when the place was completely empty to begin with. This place is really inefficient and time consuming.

This clinic is amazing. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff were passionate about my well being and diagnosed me properly...loved the care.

I’ve been to this clinic several times now and have received excellent treatment and care! The Dr explains everything with me and gives you a treatment plan! If they can’t help you then they will send you to a medical service that can help you.. Just don’t go to St Anthony ER!! Go else where!!
