It was a long wait but I knew that going in, they were very busy so I just parked myself in a quiet corner and took a nap. So when it was time to see the doctor everybody was great. Thank you for your help

Too many mistakes made...I can’t seem to get my medication refilled when I need it. I was told by Nova staff that if it happened again after hours or on the weekend I could get ahold of a doctor on call, however when I called the after hours line I was told that the doctor does not do medication refills and I would have to wait until Monday. Not cool! I will be getting my medical care elsewhere.

Office in PHill is AWESOME, HOWEVER the call center makes using this clinic a nightmare! Had an appt for my 80-year old mother, initial reason making the appt was no longer an issue, called to get the appt change to an X-ray for her shoulder as she fell. Call center said they would change the appt to show that is why she needed to see Miranda Barlow. She gets there and guess what! They don’t take X-rays at the clinic, no X-ray tech. So they sent her to Thurston and she is still waiting to be seen an hour and half later, which is 2 and half hours after her initial appointment time. SOMEONE needs to be training the call staff. This is NOT the first time the call center has done this. They made an appt for me that they couldn’t do at this clinic.
