Unfortunately AFC urgent care is run by administrators and not doctors. They have excellent doctors that work there however they are limited in their ability with what they can do by administrators that prevent them from from providing the care that they wish to provide I know this to be a fact because my primary care physician that work there explained that to me. Take the time to drive down the hill and go to any providence organization if you can you’ll receive much better care I am a severely disabled patient with an unfortunate amount I have a good deal of experience dealing with hospitals and doctors. Specifically I have watch them override Dr. decisions on a regular basis so when you go there you have someone with a two year degree in administration making the final decision about your medical care which is absolutely insane if you consider the amount of education that a doctor has between school and residency it’s tremendous however administrator that attends PCC for two years override them don’t go there go anywhere else. Dan, I appreciate the professional response, although you have inaccurate information, and I know a former Dr. of yours. Not my current Dr, however he quit your organization for this very reason. Your administrator lied to you, or you are lying to me, because I heard her threaten Dr. ABCs job if he prescribed life saving seizure medication. I also spoke with him about the fact he was not able to practice medicine properly because they expect him to see too many patients daily to acquire adequate patient history, and I am sure it pencils well concerning profitability. Thank god for organizations that doctors determine treatment protocol based on patient history and the indicated medical treatment. My Dr. was following a treatment program put together for me at the Mayo Clinic, and your administrator didn't support it. I was not an urgent care patient, you offered primary care at the time. Then suddenly scuttled the program without bothering to contact me. I simply required a refill of levothyroxine, a non controlled thyroid medication. However, months earlier I was refused life saving seizure medication. That's the incident I described above. Have fun rolling in the money, I am sure you are making a killing with 15 minute appointments.

My provider, Kristin was the best. She is patient focused and doesnt make you feel like youre on a medical assembly line. I wish she could be my medical provider for everything!

Charged $75 per flu shot that was advertised as $35 but we caught them before they swiped our cards.

This is a revision of my previous review because, after I wrote my initial one, AFC Urgent Care contacted me and did pretty much everything they could to help me out. While I probably wouldn't have bothered to write the initial review if everything went perfectly, I do believe in giving credit where credit is due, especially when people work hard to listen and care. Thank you, Juliana, for being communicative, kind, clear, and beyond helpful in resolving my concerns. I get that details can slip through the cracks and the best businesses can do when that happens is to acknowledge it and work together with the consumer to make things right. This branch of AFC Urgent Care did that and made it clear that it was important to them to restore trust. Thank you -it says a lot about who you are and it makes me feel like I'd want to return if I ever needed urgent care in the future.

The staff was very professional and polite.

I completely understand training one hundred percent but I shouldn’t have to call my employer and do their job! Then have to wait half an hour for paperwork because once again the receptionist has no idea what she’s doing. Then wait another half an hour to be called and then be told it would be another 45 minutes! I have two foster kids that cannot be left alone and a dot appointment shouldn’t take two hours!!! This was insanity! The Oregon city place was ten times better and I’d go over there Vs here!

Literally the best experience I have ever had at a clinic!

All staff are friendly and professional. Recommend for urgent care and immigration physical. Daniela and other woman that I wish I can remember her name are doing amazing job for caring patient
