I’m very pleased and grateful to Dr. Nicoloff for my varicose vein surgery at Inovia in Portland, OR. Dr. Nicoloff kindly reviewed all my treatment options and alternatives, explained risks and realistic outcomes in detail. The procedure itself was almost pain free and very smooth. Everyone in his office was professional and friendly. Most importantly however, my varicose veins are gone and I can walk, run and workout again, without swelling and itching. I’m very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nicoloff and his team to anyone suffering from varicose veins. Thank you Dr. Nicoloff .

This may be the 1st review I have ever written for a service or product, but I feel compelled to shine a light on Dr. Nicoloff and his team. To say that I was apprehensive and skittish about a varicose vein treatment involving needles is an understatement. The sensitivity and compassion shown by Alex, Sheridan, and the doctor himself were well worth the price of admission. Factor in the smooth and reassuring expertise brought by Dr. Nicoloff, and you have all the makings for a real venous party. I couldn't believe how nearly painless the ablation/sclerotherapy procedures were. As part of the healing process that first couple weeks, I did return for some help with drainage. I was originally thinking I would just tough it out, but ended up being really glad I let Chelsey poke me a couple times. Fast forward to my 3 month check up. The pics taken before the procedure dropped my jaw. Wow. I had ropes and bulges behind my right leg. GONE. Pain free. Liberated. Go for it.

Dr Nicoloff was professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and was happy to explain the procedures thoroughly. I had two different types of procedures. One was more painful than the other but overall I could walk in and out the same day. I had a large throbbing varicose vein, and I’m on the younger side, so my goal was to be free from that pain and finally feel comfortable wearing shorts again in the hot summer. Dr. Nicoloff made that happen. My leg feels SO much better and I don’t have to wear compression stockings everyday!

When I first came, I was in pain everyday. I would go to bed early and try to treat my legs myself. After several treatments with Dr. Nicoloff, I’m feeling almost 100% better. I can enjoy walks and quality time outdoors exercising with my family. Dr. Nicoloff has improved my quality of life and I’m very happy and thankful to have been referred here.

Dr. Nicoloff did an excellent job closing my varicose vein and with schlerotherapy on other smaller ones Very pleased with the results, leg has no symptoms and looks completely normal. Staff were all very pleasant and professional. Great overall and actual procedure was way easier for me than expected.
