Dr Cheng has been absolutely wonderful in helping us with our son. He has a great bedside manner and really communicates everything so we can understand. We are very grateful we found him.

The people in the office were very nice and helpful. Dr. Cheng, however, I found to be grossly overly confident. He seemed bothered I wanted to check in with before my surgery, gave inaccurate post-op information, and did not properly convey the extent of the swelling effects that would follow. I would not ever have surgery with him again, nor would I recommend him to anyone.

Procedure went near perfect - Textbook, I might add! Insurance covered pretty much all of it - which I was very thankful for! Dr Cheng did a great job and was a super nice guy! I remember telling him I was scared about the wisdom teeth procedure and as he was reassuring me, Darkness! The anesthesia hit- 45 minutes later, I awoke with gauze in my mouth. The recovery took about 5 days until pain and soreness dissipated to minor levels but overall, I was able to handle the pain with Ibuprofen after 2 days. It really wasn't that bad. Just follow all the instructions they give you and you'll do fine. Being new to the area, I was really worried about finding a skilled oral surgeon who could maximize my insurance benefits. Luckily, I got both! You're in really great hands with Dr Cheng!

Clean and quiet building. Professional and friendly first impression with the front desk. My wait time was only 10 minutes. The Dr. was the one that called for me and he was professional and a very nice hand shake with introduction. The Dr’s Appearance was top notch! Dressed in a very nice suit and Tie! Clean and spoke well! I was impressed !! My office visit was quick and the Dr. surgerly removed a mucocele cyst. Gentle and efficient and his assistant was personable. very happy!

My daughter had her wisdom removed by Dr. Dierks (who is wonderful), over a month later she had infection in the area where the wisdom tooth was removed. We saw Dr. Cheng since Dr. Dierks was unavailable. Dr. Cheng said the area needed to be cleaned out and she needed antibiotics. He told her he would numb her so she would not feel much. My daughter was not numb and it was very painful and traumatic for her. During the procedure the Dr. Was aware she was in terrible pain, but continued anyway. My daughter said she would not go back to him again.
