The most awesome treatment facility EVER! The people providing services and treatment here are second to none

This organization doesn't deserve even one star but to leave a review you have to give them at least one star. They didn't deserve it. They talked my sister into leasing two girls a room to these two girls. Found out later that they don't do background checks on them. They have done so much damage to my sister and her house but now it's getting dangerous. Yesterday the biggest one knocked my sister across the room and hurt her very badly. She called the police but they couldn't do anything because there wasn't any visible marks but today she is all bruised. These girls have criminal back grounds and are really dangerous. BEWARE of this Organization they will put your life at risk trying to make themselves look good.

I have 2 girls renting a room in my home that Cascadia pays the rent for. I have had NOTHING but problems with especially 1 of the girls. I have contacted their counselor MULTIPLE times to let him know of the problems IE: physical threats, breaking and entering into my LOCKED personal space, breaking things in my home purposely, stealing from me and my nephew (who also lives here), My mail was stolen for the whole month of November so now I have to have a PO BOX to get my mail. fear for me and my dogs safety so much so that I now carry mace in my own home and lock my dog in my basement when I am at work. So now he not only stays down there with me at night but is forced to be down there when I am gone. The 1 girl who I am most worried about has an extensive criminal background and a warrant from another state. (They will not extradite her for her warrant) I spent a day and a ½ in jail because she accused me of attacking her. When in actuality I kicked a Nilabone/dogs chew toy and it hit her leg so I went to JAIL because she told the police I attacked her. I am being FORCED to buy door alarms for my locked personal space because she has been seen entering that space when I was gone. I have been in contact with a lawyer to serve an early eviction notice but because they have a 6 month lease they could protest and possibly win, so I would be out of the $1,000.00 lawyer cost. I contacted a previous landlord and found out when they left his home they had knocked BIG holes in his walls and floors and abandoned a dog in the home when they left (Still owing him money) It cost him $1,000’s of dollars to have his home repaired. I would NEVER suggest to ANYONE to rent to 1 of their clients because they do NOT do criminal or drug test nor do they require PROOF that they are looking for work. I am dreading the day that their lease is up because I fear and have been told by 1 of the gals that it will be hard for me to get them out. She has made it clear to me that it could take up to a year to actually get them out. I called their counselor today and he is going to set up a meeting with ALL of us to try to settle some of our problems but it is when he leaves that I will worry about me and my dogs’ safety and my home. I am only giving them a rating of 1 because there is NO choice for a 0 rating. Please note that 15 of their ratings of 5 have NO review.

This organization has the best of intentions, yet it has huge problems with providing timely treatment. They also lack follow through and accountability. Much of this, I'm sure, is due to not nearly enough staff to handle the patient load they have. Unfortunately, the staff to patient ratio is only going to get worse... Never in my life have I had to advocate so much for myself, to receive such substandard care. I'd move to a different agency, but the thought of starting over somewhere else, is quite overwhelming.

This one star is for the few people her that might have any integrity. THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE IN COURT TO KEEP THEIR JOBS. GOOD LUCK!

I love working for such a wonderful company. I was energized and excited to learn so much about them during training. I look forward to work each day because of how they help, teach and reach out to the community.
