Rarely do I leave reviews, but I am so compelled to express my gratitude for Dr Jesperson. She is an amazing Nephrologist. When you feel like you live your life by test results having some like her by tour side is so reassuring. There are not enough stars available. That and the clinic staff are great! The complete package.

Doctor refused to listen to me. Doctor changed subject when questioned about her opinion. Doctor gives diagnosis without proper testing or exams. Doctor claims to know everything about everything. Would not trust my care to this doctor or this office.

I’ve been seeing DR. Prongdong for a few years. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is very, very thorough. He does very thorough blood work for everything, not just kidney function. He returns your call even on a Sunday, with lab reports, and any information you need to know. I feel he does a better job with my health than my own family doctor.

Dr Prongdong is very nice, however a little hard to understand. He remembers my situation and genuinely cares. His RN is super nice too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because when I left last time, I told the front office I was in a hurry to get back to work and didn't have time for a survey. She then asked me again to rate Dr Prongdong out loud, in front of all the staff, MDs and other patients. I did NOT like being put on the spot! It felt like a trick to get a good rating. Yuck.

very nice Dr. Explains things in a way we understood. Only one thing- my mom (92 yrs old) said she sometimes wished he spoke a little louder. But definitely comfortable with him.
