Brave Care Pediatric Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Bravecare is the best. They are all so kind, communicative, and caring. It’s clean, enjoyable, and usually pretty efficient. We are so thankful for this place! We’ve seen most of the doctors there as our little guy has had many ear infections, and each of their ability to make him feel safe and cared for is so wonderful. They are knowledgeable about his health and it feels like they genuinely care about him. Just love this place.

We saw Dr. Courtney today. She was great! She was efficient without making us feel rushed. She answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. I left the office with a clear plan of attack on how to best treat my child’s illness.

10/10 recommend this urgent care. They are so informative, kind and genuinely care about your little ones. Every time my daughter goes here, we get roomed and seen almost immediately. The front office staff has amazing customer service and they’re such sweet ladies. Everyone that works here deserves a raise! If you’re looking for an urgent care that doesn’t make you feel rushed and you feel valued, I recommend this location.

Our Pediatrician advised Urgent Care due to late in the day medical need they did not have an appt opening for. After two attempts at other Urgent Care clinics where appts were required, I googled Brave Care and called to pleasantly find they accept walk ins 365 days a year AND are a pediatric facility. The staff and environment was welcoming and kid friendly. Check in was a breeze and my kiddo was seen immediately by an actual MD! I couldn’t be more pleased with this experience in what often is a frustrating health care nevigation for us. From now on whenever Urgent Care is needed, this will be my first and only choice!

My son was complaining of ear pain. We arrived 10 minutes before they were to close. They took us right in. They were welcoming and warm. They were able to bring my son right back, look at his ear, and give us a diagnosis and prescription right away. Everyone that saw him was able to make him feel comfortable and put both of us at ease. It is such a piece of mind to have this so close to where we live, knowing how wonderful everyone is that works there.

Googly moogly this place is amazing. My son woke up at midnight with extreme ear pain three days before Christmas and we needed to get checked out. Brave Care is right near our home so we figured we’d just eat the out of pocket cost to get the lil dude some relief. The provider and staff were top notch—he was checked out by an actual pediatrician to boot. But the best part is that they are now in network with our insurance and they dispensed the RX on site. We left smiling with meds and stickers! A Christmas miracle!

I brought my son in because he's had a horrible rash for a few days and I hadn't really gotten a straight answer from anyone else about what I could do to help. Stephanie made sure he was comfortable and content and answered all of my questions and made sure to provide me with several different things I could do to try and help my son feel better.
