Brave Care is wonderful. All of the providers are warm and caring, and do a great job putting my kids at ease. We have had many great experiences there, and will continue to see them for Urgent Care.

Brave Care made it possible for me to bring my granddaughter in for a visit while her mom was at work. The online scheduling was convenient, she was seen at her appt time by a kind and professional provider, and she and her brother left happily with snacks in hand! We're lucky to have this resource in our neighborhood.

It took 2 months to get an appointment for an 18 month check up for my toddler. Traffic was beyond horrible (I left 20 minutes early just in case). I was 6 minutes late, they refused to see me, and said they might have some appointments in a couple weeks. I get that they have a schedule to keep but there was literally no compassion. I'm done with Brave Care. Regular check ups for my kiddo shouldn't be so hard.

The place, over all is very welcoming. the nurse called my children based on their preferences that I filled out on the forms (on an iPad from the office which was very clean!). Nurse who attended my kiddos spoke to my children the way she spoke to me which was in a kind tone and was very respectful to us -I could say the same for the doctor! Sara listened to us and showed how much they all care for children’s health. Thank you Brave care for making us feel so safe! 😃
