Every single person my daughter and I interacted with at Bravecare was kind, compassionate and professional. I wish we’d gone to Bravecare first, before wasting our time at Providence Urgent Care (a total bust) but Bravecare will be our family’s first stop for care from here forward. ♥️

I went in because my daughter had been drinking some of the recalled formula they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and they even gave me enough formula to last me until I get paid since all of her formula was included in the recall. Definitely recommend for anyone with littles can't believe I didn't know about Brave Care before now.

My first call after a gnarly fall for my 6 year old and was told to come on in, but there may be a wait. We arrived 15 minutes later and the provider was ready in the lobby to do check for a confusion. We were taken into a room instantly, met with a friendly nurse and a team of providers. Everyone worked gently, fast and put my scared kids (& my) mind at ease. We were given clear home instructions and were in and out in 45 minutes. If we ever needed urgent care again, I would for sure go back!

Brave Clinic has excellent evening hours for the working parents. They service my daughter quickly and they are knowledgeable and thorough in gathering information and treatment of my child.

After two trips to the er and once being sent home with my 7 year old and a temp of 105.3 went to brave care. Took a very thurogh check up and it was a ear infection very gentle approch childrens hospital seemed as if they did not want to touch her because they hadnt got theresults for a covid test thank you brave care for what u do and thank you for solvinng perscription issue

They were very quick and kind. We got there 30 minutes early due to being worried about traffic and they were able to see us right away. While we were waiting on my daughters Covid test results, they still allowed us to use the bathroom as long as we told them which one we used. When her results came back positive, the doctor checked how her heart and lungs sounded and gave me care information. Overall, it was as good of an experience it could be given the circumstances. Thank you!
