Pretty sure negative reviews will make their insurance not let them help patients. And their process won't help many people too. But they had someone who helped once after I jumped through appropriate hoops. Checked today and hoops sound in place, but aren't honest about them.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful with resources. Trauma informed.

Its ONLY a crisis center. It is NOT a mental health facility, nor do you want them to "help." First impression when walking in was one of disgust. The receptionist was greasy and had very obviously never used a brush in her hair. She looked homeless. They are here to enable mental illness and facilitate big pharma pushing deadly mind numbing drugs. They DO nothing to help nor even display any level of compassion for their chosen career.

I highly recommend Clackamas County Sheriff's. We live near the Springfield Family Park and the Trolly Trail in the Jennings Lodge area. Clackamas County Sheriff's protrol the area often and this has made our entire neighborhood feel safe. They sometimes even sit in their cars at the park. When we have had problems or issues in the area they always show up in short time. Clackamas County also has a great drug court program that is helping people whose criminal behavior is driven, by drug abuse or addiction. We can't thank Clackamas County enough!

What an absolute joke, they have very little to offer if you need help but are not going to hurt yourself or someone else, took my 14 year old angry son in there and as soon as she found out he didn't want to hurt himself or anyone else, the session was done.
