I agree with another reviewer-this place in run very poorly, especially billing. Not worth the trouble IMO.

this is a very poorly run program. the doctors themselves are wonderful and are good at what they do, but the administrative staff makes the entire program not worth the hassle. they make appointments with less than 24 hours notice so it is impossible to cancel without an enormous fee, forget to send important documents, which could cause you to miss an appointment, they do not ever answer the phone, and overall will not complete the simple and necessary tasks needed for the program to run smoothly. i do believe that the people here are well-intentioned, but something is falling short on their end. again, this is not a reflection of the doctors or the residents, as in my experience they have been nothing but helpful. despite this, the place is more trouble than it is worth. clinics specializing in mental health should not cause additional stress or make you do all of the work just to receive care. i would recommend seeking out a clinic that has a more organized and communicative staff.
