Only one doctor on duty. He had no idea how to deal with a little boy who needed stitches. Don't take your kids here!

This place is the worst. The doctor, or aleast I think he was the doctor because he never even introduced himself, came in never asked what medications I was on or if I have any kind of medical issue, wich I do I have crohns disease and I'm on immune suppressants along with other medications, he then looks in my throat tells my throat and tonsils look great I do not have tonsils. He then listens to my lungs and chest and tells me they sound great. I have had a soar throat for over a week and been coughing up mucus for days I can hear and feel the weezing when I breath in and out. My wife is a registered nurse when we got home she looked at my throat and seen that I was very red and swollen. Pretty sure I have strep throat. Guess I'll find out to day when I go to a real doctor. This place should be shut down!!!

Call them 8 times today. U can't leave Voicemail, no one picks up the phone. They don't care about patients. Not recommended.

Worst urgent care I've ever been to! Waited in my car for 2 hours for my appointment just to be told they don't do liquid IVs. I'm 4 months pregnant, couldn't keep any water down, feeling extremely sick and they sent me straight home without care. if I could give them a zero star review I would.

Very disrespectful provider. They just guess what your problem is and proscribe you antibiotics. I came back the 2nd time she represcribbed same antibiotics, when that didn't help they asked to come back he 3rd time, knowing I have no insurance and she charges me 125 cash. They don't even run any tests on you.

I have never had such an unpleasant experience. They rushed me in and out and did not even ask me my symptoms or take me seriously. I had to go to another urgent care to find out I had strep throat and get medicine for it. I would recommend choosing a different urgent care that cares about people’s well being!

Unhygienic. The staff are untrained. Seems like they have only very basic knowledge but no one washes hands. They placed bandages and gauze and tape for my open wound on top of a foot holder. Where hundreds of people put their feet on. It was dirty, I asked them not to bother and sanitized the wound at home myself. The doctor would wear gloves but came in wearing them, so how long she had them on, who knows, kept touching door handles. I was horrified. Find something else.

This urgent care isn't open. There is no sign, no one will pick up the phone, and they never respond to emails. Don't go here, they aren't helping anyone with anything.

Absolute worst medical care i have ever received. I bandaged it better myself. I went in for a mild injury that needed anti inflammatories. They said they would give me anti inflammatories but they didn't even prescribe them. They didn't even clean the iodine off of my hand. These people are incompetent.
