List of Columbia Urgent Care- Portland Mall's Reviews
The rationale for their controlled substances agreement is based on a lie. The contract is not required by state law. If you've signed one it is not binding. My fear is someone may have already signed it, tested dirty, told their doctor why, and was arrested as a result. If that has happened to you please contact a lawyer about challenging your conviction.
The general experience was disapointing. The receptionist was rude, grudge and slow. The nurse was nice. I feel that the doctor did not consider the key info I gave about my general condition and previous treatments that worked. I did not get any report, The prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy, and 24h after o start the treatment I got hard collateral effects and my simptoms are Pretta sorará. Dont tô there !
I called at 10:45 to find out if I could do urgent care as telemedicine. I was told sure, they had me scheduled at noon. At 12:15, I called back and the front desk person snapped that they said 12:30. At 12:45 I finally get a call from a doctor who verifies by birthrate only, literally just asked "what's wrong," asked no follow up questions besides "what do you want," and ended up calling a cough med in to my pharmacy for me, all while emphasizing that they can't do anything if I'm not being seen in person or have an existing chart. I said, doesn't this count as telemedicine? I was told it does. I said, do you generally have open charts for urgent care clients? I was told they do not. So I said, so how is this appointment not you doing something? I received a loud sigh, was told they called in meds so what am I complaining about, and they hung up. I called back to ask if I could get a work note and was told no, because my appointment wasn't long enough to count. You better not bill this to my insurance. My GP was able to get me in an hour later so just, skip the hassle and don't come here.
I can't speak to their Urgent Care services, but Primary Care physicians are hard to come by these days and Columbia Urgent Care had some availability so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Montegna. I don't question her abilities as a PA, but without going into detail, her bedside manner is... lacking. I've had my fair share of physical exams and I left thinking to myself, 'that was weird, right?' Overall the staff was cordial, and I know everyone is stretched thin right now, which may explain why my only two visits felt a bit chaotic, but I don't think I'll be returning to this office.
I called ahead and asked how late I could get there and still be seen. They told me as long as I was in an hour before close that I could be seen. I had been calling around for hours in need of treatment. I paid $30 for an Uber and arrived an hour and 5 minutes before closing just to be told that all the providers had already left.
Had a very good visit recently and was taken care of by Shae (sp?) who was very friendly and approachable and had a great energy - really put me at ease and answered every question I had. Thanks again!
I had to get something done quickly. Very friendly and nice staff.
I went to this urgent care this morning to get my finger stitched up. The receptionist was nice and they got me in pretty quick. They were disorganized and a bit scrambled when stiching my hand, but very nice and when I left I was happy with my experience. But latter that night when I took the bandage off to change it, I realized half of my six stitches were not even holding my cut closed. The doctor literally put three of the stitches only on one side of the cut. They are doing nothing to hold the cut closed! Would not recommend!!
Fast and professional, handled all of my needs.
I had a pleasant experience here today. Hardly any wait, and my particular situation was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff and Dr. Genuinely empathetic to my condition and helped shed some light of a few alternatives. Quick as well!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
