Extremely disorganized and frustrating experience. I have been passed off to 3 different psychiatrists in a little over 1 month. Had one be 20 minutes late, then had my next appointment canceled right before it started because the psychiatrist they assigned me didn't work there anymore. Most recently they assigned me a provider for the wrong state, so I have to switch again.

Superb care. My provider is so good at listening to where I'm at, and asking thoughtful questions that help me describe it better, so we can figure out a good adjustment to try. I'm in a much better place already, and I feel confident that they're with me for as long as it takes. Recommended!

Ive had one appointment but getting seen was fairly straightforward and everyone was super helpful and kind and the lady that saw me was so smart and kind she asked questions and I felt comfortable. Im hopeful my life could turn around finally.
