Horrible bedside manner. He was condescending and insinuated multiple times that my pain wasn't real. I felt invalidated, unheard, and frustrated. Go to anyone else.

Went to Zoom Care for a short, deep cut on my finger from a very sharp knife that had closed & stopped bleeding. He unnecessarily reopened it & applied superglue, called that "surgery" & I was charged $190 out of pocket. I specifically asked that he not do anything that was unnecessary & to let me know of any charges before he performed anything - he did not, & proceeded with the "surgery" without my consent. Horrible experience with an uncaring, awful doctor only out to make a buck.
Listened and responded with knowledge about my condition after accident. Was kind and also patient. Answered all of my questions and was sure to follow up afterward. Going to Zoom was so much better than going to emergency room. I've been to ER twice before for other life threatening issues, and Zoom was far more conducive and Dr Z was incredible throughout the whole process.
He is really unkind and rude, a terrible listener, and I wouldn't trust him with anything. Avoid!!!
Mark Zeitzer was incredibly condescending towards me. He didn't listen to what I was saying and didn't help with my problem, but more severe than that, he performed a medical procedure I explicitly said I did not want unless we had evidence there was a good reason for it, and that turned out to be unnecessary as I had suspected. I said not to do it very clearly in front of two witnesses (my friend and a nurse who came with me), and he attempted to block the view of my companion so she could not see what he was doing against my wishes. Avoid him at all costs.
Extremely unprofessional, condescending and rude to his patients and their families. Did not listen to patients concerns. Or properly review patients chronic conditions thoroughly.
I was in clear distress over pain in my wisdom teeth that had started causing issues in my ear. I explained the cause and that there was a stabbing pain in my ear. Dr. Zeitzer looked in my mouth and ear. He diagnosed me with an ear infection. I asked him for help with the pain since it was so severe. He asked me about my history of drug use. I explained that I had never uses any kind of recreational drug before. He brought up that my teeth were in poor condition and that he suspected that I was a meth user. Based on that he refused to help with the pain and suggested tylenol. I was so humiliated and hurt. He literally added insult to injury. My teeth are not in the best condition, that is true, but I am fairly overweight, no skin legions or any other visible indication of meth use. To top it off he insisted in applying the ear drops he did prescribe me and it sent me so far over the edge. I don't think I have been in worse pain in my life.
He is a pig. Vary rude. Vary Mean. Vary judgmental. He makes me want to puke

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
