Avoid at all costs both myself and my partner had awful experiences with this hospital. They will lie to you about costs send you inaccurate bills with charges for items you didnt receive or agree to and generally try to scam you. Their prices are extortionate and their billing department and customer service are hostile and unhelpful.

I requested a reasonable accommodation letter for housing to give to new landlord. They said that it is clinic policy that we do not provide these letters. In the past I have always gotten these letters when I requested them from my physician for the past 30 years. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied that they wont do this. They are not LGBTQ friendly.

Beware of their billing process and lack of support when you need it. When I called and asked why they billed me for something a year later their response was “because we can”.

Dr Young is kind careful and knowledgable. He has been a big help with my 91 year old father.

Horrible experience trying to establish as a new patient with this place. My insurance changed so I was looking for a new Primary Care Provider. A friend referred me to Dr. Young. When I called I wasn’t feeling well but the next appointment was a month away. I decided to keep the appointment but went to Zoom in the interim. When my appointment time finally arrived I realized I had not put a buffer time in my calendar so was going to be a little late. I called and was told as long as I was there within 20 mins of my appointment time I was good and she would let them know I was coming. I said I could still make it and headed to the office. When I arrived within the 20 minute window I stood by the little sign requesting people stand back for patient privacy. There were 2 ladies at the desk. They were talking to each other and it seemed like one was training the other. After a couple minutes another lady walked through the waiting room and told me to go ahead up to the desk one of the 2 ladies would help me. I approached a lady wearing glasses. She ignored me and kept talking to the other lady. When she finally turned to me I was probably in the office for about 5 mins. She took my information to check me in repeated my information back very loudly so much for patient privacy and then picked up a landline phone and yelled into it that Dr. Young’s 300 appointment was here twice. It was really awkward and unnecessary. After another minute Glasses turned back to me and said unfortunately it’s 321 my appt was at 300 you will need to reschedule. I responded that I recognize I was late but I did call and was told if I was there within 20 minutes that it wasn’t a problem and I was there within 20 minutes. Glasses sat stonefaced and stared at me for an uncomfortable 10 seconds and then asked if I would like to speak to a patient coordinator. I said sure. I took a seat meanwhile time is ticking away from what could have been my appointment. Finally the patient coordinator came out and said the 20 minutes is supposed to include parking check in and paperwork. I said ok all that happened. I was here. They wouldn’t budge and even though I never met Dr. Young he obviously supports this type of behavior from his staff. I am thankful I found this out before wasting my time establishing as a patient at this office.

She was very rude and condescending changed my babys provider with just a meet and greet when it was obvious I wouldnt want to meet with her again the staff are very disorganized and had me meet with her when shes not the provider I wanted do not see her if you value being respected

Ive been going to Legacy Medical Group for a few years now and Im pretty happy with them. Dr. Weber has done more for me than any other doctor has. The front desk staff is amazing friendly helpful and efficient.

Dr Robin is good. Support staff sadly lacking.

Ive been going to this clinic for years and have never had a bad experience. The front desk is friendly and the medical staff excellent.

Dr. Bix is very caring and she and her staff have been very accommodating in meeting our childrens medical needs and schedules
