Worthless front office. From scheduling to general notifications. Complete lack of care from the office.

I had a procedure here the other day and couldn’t wait for a survey to arrive, so I’m here on their site to say, I’ve never had such a good experience in such a situation. From the woman who took all my info, who was very nice and very funny, to the anesthesiologist who made me feel totally safe, to the very kind woman I woke up too who helped me prepare to leave. It was an all around great experience when you really needed it to be one. Thank you all. I could tell your kindness and concern were real!-Dixie

I would be worried about having a surgery here, the receptionists don’t seem to care to wear a mask at all or properly....makes me think how safe everyone else in the back must be with COVID.

Facility appears to be clean and staff seem friendly but that is because they are planning to steal your money! While your doctor may be covered by insurance this place is not accepted by many insurance carriers and no one will tell you that while there. They will just happily take your money telling you this is the amount do after insurance. Steer clear of this facility and any doctors that utilize it until they fix their shady business practices.

Took great care of me for a procedure. Clear billing. Kind nurses and solid anesthesiologist.

Just had my outpatient surgery today. The staff here were ALL so caring. They kept my contact person updated throughout. My questions were answered quickly and all my needs were met very quickly (warm blanket anyone?). I highly recommend Dr. Jordi Kellogg and the staff at this surgery center.

Every person, from walking in the front door to walking out the the procedure door, was the absolute friendliest groups of people! 5*!!

2 hours past appointment and still in the waiting room...Update: Ended up waiting over 3 hours past our appointment for surgery. The staff was friendly and very apologetic.

Hands down my place of choice. Nursing staff get a ten from me. I've been here many times over the last 6 years and just can't say enough good stuff. Office staff have always been professional to me. Wait time was minimal and comfort in room is good. I've been using Dr Blatt and have come in in my wheelchair and able to walk after his procedure. Amanda is my favorite and a gem. At a hospital in just another patient, at EPSC they call me by my name. I will return here until their not here.

This is a top notch professional surgery center where everyone hits there marks perfectly. I just had major wrist surgery with Dr Buehler and his team. Dr B is the finest surgeon around and his OR team was terrific.
