Just the absolute best doctor and experience! Don’t hesitate.

I had been considering a gastric sleeve for 2 years before reaching out to OWLS. I’m SO glad I finally decided it was time to take control of my health. Dr. Patterson and her staff have been fantastic! I’m blown away by the care and professionalism that I have received. I had no idea I had a paraesophageal hernia at the time of surgery and Dr. Patterson made sure that it was repaired in addition to my gastric sleeve. I can’t sing Dr. Patterson and her teams praise’s enough.

Dr Patterson has been my surgeon for over six years. I’m so blessed to be her patient. She figured out that I had a gallbladder problem that many doctors could not and I was passed around to a few. She then did my gastric sleeve five years ago. It’s the first time I have lost the weight I needed to and have kept it off with her guidance. Her and the office staff are there for me when things have come up and have been watching my vitamin, iron and other things that can occur post surgery. This was long but I can’t truly express how I feel about the positive impact she has made to my equality of life. Thank you OWLS team.

I am so afraid to write this but I feel l need to I had my surgery 2 years ago , she was very helpful at first and seemed genuine but the after care was terrible i was having issues and she basically dismissed me and i ended up going to the ER and put myself in PT because she really didn't care ,communication was terrible i had to talk to Colin most of the time so i think thing got lost in translation ans was yeled at a few times for misunderstandings. I have had more issues now and she got upset that i never followed up with here well she scares and is not nice I gained some weight back and she had me do some tests and it came back that i had a hiatal hernia, she blew it off totally, so here i am stuck not loosing weigh anymore with bowel issues and heartburn and she could careless. She said 280 might just be my new weight! Like what the heck i am still over weight with issues and that was her comment,She put me on metformin which was theworst!! I am looking into a 2nd opinion and they are even shocked at what she said and took me off metformin , I am at a loss. I need approval for a revision and I know i qualify i went back to her because i feel like I'm not left with a choice. I am broken hearted and alone in this not to mention still over weight. ERGH Im all about doing what i need to do but what now

Dr. Patterson is the one doctor that I've had over a span of 12 yrs, for many other issues, but why I give her and her staff 5+ Gold Star rate 🌟, because she's been the ONLY doctor that just radiates love and compassion and "She's " a real person just like U and I, not a robotic "Dr." That wont even look at YOU or listen to the struggles your having. I NEED a real doctor that still has that bright passion for what she does to help save lives, longer lives...

I am not a patient, BUT a friend of mine had her surgery done by Dr. Patterson in 2013. I went to every appointment and was there for the surgery and the after care. Dr. Patterson was very caring. She answered all questions that we had asked. My friend is down well over 100lbs is back on the path to living a very healthy lifestyle. We can’t thank Dr.Patterson and her team for all the compassion and thoughtfulness.

Dr. Patterson is not only a wonderful Dr./surgeon but she is very kind, understanding and supportive. I have been her patient since my gastric bypass in 2005. She has been there every step of the way. So if you are looking to start your weight loss journey you don't need to look any further because she truly is the very best.

Dr Patterson is extremely attentive. Her team is supportive. I am a year out from surgery and couldn't be happier with my weight loss.

Transformational experience would be an understatement. I recognize this may not be right for everyone since it still takes a lot of work and dedication post surgery, but Dr. Patterson is incredible. Such a caring and responsive doctor. Collin and Juli on her staff are amazing too with any questions you might have between appointments. Happy I decided to take this step and thankful for OWLS. Had VSG and down 100lbs so far in less than 7months. Only regret is I didn’t do it sooner!
