We love this practice! The staff go a long way to help even the most nervous kiddo feel comfortable. They are knowledgeable and always answer my questions. My child actually looks forward to seeing Dr. Eddy!

Unfortunately after years of dealing with the mismanagement of the office manager Robin, we are no longer going to be using this practice. They have consistently wrongly billed for services, Robin has been down right abusive and harassing in her practices. I made the dentist aware, and hoped they would resolve the issue and given it a handful of tries and years later we are still in the same boat. It is not worth the stress and struggles. I do want to note EVERYONE I've met other than Robin has been wonderful, the dentist is great, the assistants, and other office staff, but everything seems to flow through the piss poor management of Robin. Update: I took my kids to a new dentist and my daughter has cavities underneath the sealants they put in, and a filling they did on another daughter made it so she couldn't floss a tooth, sloppy work we were told. The dentist also never called me about this issue, so looks like I don't recommend the dentist either now. If you're looking for a great experience the Kids Dentist in West Linn is AMAZING! And Summerwood Family Dentist in Tualatin are the places to go.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Eddie is 100% in the right line of work. My kids actually love going to the dentist! They are always on time - even take us early if we're here early! Love them!

Five stars isn't enough for this locally owned family business with Dr. Eddie leading the charge. My son who's 11 has been a patient of Dr. Eddie's for about five years now has been outstanding since the day we started. No kid loves to go to the dentist but this place knows how to make your kids feel comfortable and safe. The dental hygienists always remember that my son is sensitive to light, so they always offer extra sunglasses, dim the lights and only use the light when necessary which definitely goes a long way for my son. My daughter who's 17 months will be joining the Greenberg family soon and I can't wait for her to get comfortable at the dentist like big brother. I have and will always recommend great business who deserve the credit for having great product and services! See everyone in six months!

What a great dentist office! These people are great with kiddos. Mine was super hesitant and anxious (thought the Bernstein Bear dentist book I read beforehand would help, but we still had jitters)! From the hygienist pointing out the tools to showing how the polisher "tickles", the cartoons above, and Dr. Eddie's kind and calm manner, my kiddo was put at ease. Thank you Dr. Eddie and staff...although we have moved out of the area, you all helped build our first few experiences at the dentist into a good foundation for the future!

Today was our first visit here. Both kiddos needing cleanings and my 9yo needed both her canine teeth on top extracted to help the crowding. Everyone here was PHENOMENAL. Our hygienists were patient and caring. Dr. Eddie and Rochelle were so amazing and helpful during the extraction. Rochelle was so patient and made my nervous girl feel at ease. Dr. Eddie really had my daughter’s comfort at the front and didn’t want this to be a traumatizing experience for her. She did great but it’s because the staff was so supportive and made sure both kiddos were comfortable through the entire process. I’m so glad we found this office and I’ll recommend it to anyone whose kids need a pediatric dentist!

Run as far as you can. Do not come to this dental clinic. The front desk coordinators need assistance on organization and also client service. My kid had dental work done 6 weeks ago and not a single follow up call on their end. I called and talked to Shanda. She put me on hold for 3 minutes to check his file. Came back w a short "must have been miscommunication, impressions weren't good, can we reschedule?" No acknowledgment for THIER mess up. When I asked her about it she got an attitude and said "we don't like to do impressions right away, we usually like to let the mouth heal" and my response was simply "then why did they do the impressions after an extraction??? " CLICK. She hung up. Dr Eddie, this is your receptionist. I call back, and say "hi you just hung up on me" to which shanda said "I wasn't allowed to talk to her in that tone" my tone was a question. I said "ok we'll if you're going to just hang up on me, I'm in my car, I'm on the way" to which shanda said "if you come here we will contact the authorities" I cannot even explain how upset I am right now. Shanda was rude, and completely in the wrong. For her to imply that I was going to come and do something to her or then I absolutely ridiculous. I hope other people read this comment and the others regarding the receptionist at this office. I truly loved our experience here the first time. I really, really did. I understand Dr. Eddies urge to want to side w his receptionists, as they are his employees... but Shanda was 10000% in the wrong and having someone like that answer the phone or interact with clients is detrimental to you're career and your business. Best of luck.

Wow! The experience here was great! Fun atmosphere and they made my son feel very comfortable even though he has lost most trust in oral work. So glad we found them :)

Dr. Eddie and the whole staff is delightful and patient with my 2yo daughter. I love that we are creating a positive experience with the dentist early on. Today we practiced with the polisher tool (the one they use with toothpaste to clean your teeth) and they let my daughter explore it at her own pace. By the end of the appointment she wanted it turned on and would place it in her own mouth and touch her teeth with it! Very positive experience and she’s been talking about brushing her teeth ever since we left the office. She requested “coffee” after her visit to celebrate a successful visit! Thank you guys! 🖤
