I would absalutely recommend Rena to anyone who is going thru peri menapause. She's very thorough and addresses a whole person approach. She is a wealth of knowledge and I feel much more confident starting HRT now! In fact I'm looking forward to it;)

I was a digital nomad in Portland and dealing with the ups and downs of hormones that happen in this time of life. It was so reassuring to have found Rena. She is so knowledgeable and thorough and has provided me with so much knowledge and support. I feel blessed that I went on this journey to find a functional medicine concierge practitioner and came upon her business! I would highly recommend her services!

My experience with perimenopause was sudden, terrifying and debilitating. Symptoms included panic attacks, crippling anxiety (which I had never had in my life), dizziness, doom, heart palpitations, skin rashes, disrupted sleep, and a few other things. I was offered antidepressants by my GP, but I had never had depression or anxiety so I pushed back on that solution. After living with symptoms for over a year, I found Rena and I’m so happy I did! She did comprehensive blood labs to look at my hormones, thyroid and metabolic health. I had done a bunch of research on bioidentical HRT and knew I wanted to try it. Rena was super supportive, and provided additional lifestyle & supplement recommendations. The thing that stood out to me the most in our first appointment was that I felt heard and seen. I really like the customization that Rena provides with her patients, and she understands that perimenopause & menopause is not a “one size fits all” solution. We are working on dosage to treat my symptoms, and after 2.5 months, I am seeing improvement! I would highly recommend Rena!
