Quick context... I almost never review anything on any platform. Making an exception because the crew at Inner Gate is that fantastic. I've been seeing Oliver for treatments off and on for several years (his biz partner, Erik, is also a skilled healer). This practice really takes the time to listen and prescribe modalities specific to your individual condition and preferences. They have a nuanced understanding of physiology and anatomy which gives me great confidence in the quality of service.

I have been a patient at Inner Gate for several years. I most regularly see Emma. She has been an integral part in helping me maintain a healthy, pain free, and active lifestyle. I am incredibly appreciative for her support.

What can I say, life creeps up on you and offers you new and sometimes not so exciting things to deal with. Inner Gate H&W’s staff have always treated me with kindness and respect; no judging in case unfortunate decision making led you to paying them a visit. I am patient here since I was first pregnant in 2020. Now my son is 19 months and I still come for regular visits whenever I need treatment, for different reasons. Every time I come I see Emma Ellsworth. She is simply GREAT! Emma was able to help me with my lumbar pain, rib pain, neck pain, muscle tension, headaches, anxiety, or simply general health support. I come in with a complain and it is gone like magic! She is truly amazing! I am a physical therapist and I trust Emma' s approach so much, because after seeing her I always feel so much better. I would recommend Inner Gate Health & Wellness and all the providers there. They are caring and very responsible. I feel welcome and safe there!

I have been going to this clinic for over two years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My acupuncturist is one of my most trusted practitioners and has supported me through a variety of treatment needs.

I have been seeing Nick Maxwell for Craniosacral massage for the last several months after a car accident left me with whiplash, nagging low back pain, a mild concussion, and stress and anxiety. He is an incredibly gifted healer that has helped me immensely! I have had a plethora of bodywork over the years, and I can undoubtedly say that his massages are the best. He has also helped with digestive issues/SIBO/nervous system recovery. I would never see anyone else again after finding him. I am much calmer, happier, and healing well thanks in big part to his care.

This place has really gone down hill since I was a loyal customer 12 years ago. I had a wonderful experience with this clinic years ago, from both the front desk staff and my acupuncturist. Recently I took my teenaged son for acupuncture, and was excited for him to get the same level of treatment that I had received. Sadly, that didn't happen at all. After scheduling his first appointment, I received a call telling me that the time they told me was not available. I was able to schedule another time, so I didn't think too much about it. I also scheduled a second appointment for a follow up visit. After my first visit, I tried to confirm the second appointment that I had previously made. I was told, "We have no record of this second appointment, we can't find it anywhere". This was odd, but I overlooked it. No apologies were given for losing my appointment. When it was time to pay, I used my health savings plan credit card. Unfortunately I didn't realize that I had taken the old card which was inactive, and not the new card. When it didn't work, the office manager (older Asian lady) was called over to help me. She didn't help, she ran my card and then put it directly in my face, yelled out "Declined!" and started giggling as she walked away. Why the office manager thought this was funny is beyond me. Why she giggled like a 3 year old is just bizarre. She left the front desk lady to actually help me, and at least she had the intelligence to ask if I had another card, which I did, and I paid for the session. It's no wonder that appointments are lost here, and the staff cannot schedule appointments correctly, the office manager is too busy giggling and not doing her job to train the staff. When scheduling future appointments, I was told it was recommended by my acupuncturist to come twice a week. That is not possible due to my work schedule. I don't appreciate being pressured to come more often than I can, just to maximize their profits. Thankfully now I have found a new acupuncturist, right by my house. I have also cancelled all future appointments here. When you treat your customers with disrespect, they won't be your customers anymore.
