List of Integrative Trauma Treatment Center's Reviews
The type of care I received from ICCT was trauma coaching and my experience was wonderful. I was nervous to pursue coaching and wasn't sure what to expect. Jenna was so sweet and kind and very easy to talk to. She was very thoughtful in her communication and I really felt seen and heard. I can tell the company takes great care in selecting knowledgeable coaches. Through these services we were able to come up with a unique treatment plan which I feel really helped me deal with issues I was having. I liked that the coaching style through ITTC is a partnership between you and the coach. I've had coaches through other agencies where it feels like a lot of homework and I didn't always identify with what I was working on. My sessions here were very much catered to my individual needs and if something didn't work, we were able to modify together accordingly. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend ITTC for anyone wishing to pursue coaching!
They dumped me with no transition of care at all when I had a severely suicidal episode. I'd stay away from them if you have any kind of serious issue - they'll terminate services with no warning and no transition of care if you have a crisis.
I have been in therapy for over 20 years. I have been at ITTC for over two years. Not only is my therapist a joy, I think she even gets my off colored humor. I’m not always in a good mood and there isn’t an epiphany after each session but she teaches me tools and reminds me of things I forgot. She brings me the feeling of safety. This is a trauma center, nothing else. If you have an eating disorder or other non trauma related issue you’d best be served elsewhere. A persons mental and medical health is cared for the same, you have regular checkups and see someone frequently when there’s a problem. You only get out of it what you put in. Secondary trauma is real and I don’t expect my clinician to develop it because I cannot stop sharing details. Oversharing and trauma dumping lacks awareness and slows healing. If you decide to try ITTC, please respect and value the person servicing your needs. Trauma begets trauma so don’t.
If you want to give up on therapy as a whole great place . Never answers, could care less about the humans mental state they supposedly are going to help. Wish i could give negative stars Director is a joke.
I was dumped after a few months of working with someone who clearly felt that I wasn't the "right" kind of client aka (I was to "privileged" on paper) and pointed out my problematic nature out during sessions (e.g. not being upset enough that Kelly Marie Trans scenes were cut from Star Wars since the movie sucks anyway.) She left to go work with more "deserving" people with "real" trauma. Now I'm in therapy for my therapy.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I spoke with someone named Will just now over the phone. Had me spill my guts and talk to me about things that aren’t easy to talk about and he then said he refuses to let anyone there treat me because I have *trigger warning* an eating disorder. I wish I would’ve recorded the call so I could attach it for people to hear how uncharismatic and unprofessional the call was. This persons exact words were “Short story, yes. We won’t treat people with eating disorders.” Because I asked “Are you really saying to me right now that you guys are refusing treating me because I have an eating disorder?” And that was his answer. But may I also add how uncalled for and how triggering it was to hear him say to me “This is because we don’t want to be the ones held responsible for a downward spiral of your eating habits getting worse because of us doing our job.” Excuse me- - I find this as reason for someone to be talked to about how to word things and have their job position reevaluated. I am hurt and I am in damn awe over this. My jaw is to the floor and I’m so sorry if anyone else has been told this and treated as poorly as I have been a few minutes ago. Lastly- - he lied. Because there are PLENTY therapists on there that have in their “about me” that they treat and work through eating disorder habits. -0/5 stars. This is just foul. Edit: I forgot to add this part. He also said that people who have eating disorders are too mentally unstable to be treated. So a really big RUN if you are thinking of being seen here or if you already are. And if you have an eating disorder and haven’t told them yet, do not be scared to leave!❤️ You deserve the help you need.
The ITTC mission statement is "We don't treat trauma; we cause it." The patient care coordinator (Isa Foley) is unethical, unprofessional & incompetent in all medical and communication areas. My insurance plan was flabbergasted & confirmed that I was mistreated.
I have been in therapy for approximately 7 years. My second clinician was a godsend, but unfortunately left the practice she was at, and I was referred to Erin at ITTC. I feel Erin has a very healing energy about her persona. She seems very educated, compassionate, and empathetic every single time I meet with her. She has always been available to meet me where I was at and regardless of where life takes me, she will be in my memory bank on a pedestal. Thank you for everything, Erin!
The other one star reviews say it all. Do not come here for your treatment!
I followed Linda from another practice to here when she switched jobs. We've been remote since then due to the pandemic but I honestly like it that way. I haven't had any experience with anyone else there but I value my therapist and I'm so glad that she could take me with her when she switched jobs. So for her 5 stars.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
