Feels like your just another patient on a conveyor belt. If you run into problems, as I did, don't expect them to actually care. I would NOT recommend J Brad Butler!

Dr. Butler is a Very experienced shoulder surgeon. I have neck issues, that are confused with my shoulder and he was able to quickly determine which pains were from neck vs shoulder. Shoulder Xray showed severe arthritis and after a compassionate exam, he explained my options clearly. On time working with super staff: PA Martha and MA Barbara gave me a list of PTs who are shoulder specialists at the closest office in my insurance hmo.

I was very happy with J.Brad V Butler V.M.D he was very clear on his diagnosis of my shoulder, he explained the pros and cons of getting a cortisone shot, he made me aware that I could only have three shots in a lifetime, and that it would raise my blood sugar through the roof, this was never told to me by the doctor in seaside Oregon so when I got the shot last time my blood sugar was through the roof and no one knew why I certainly didn't, but I feel my doctor should have!!. So needless to say Jay Brad v Butler will be my shoulder doctor for now on !!!!

My experience with Dr. Butler and the support staff was exceptional. I was kept fully informed and kept up to date of the next steps and time lines. Staff introduced themselves and were very personable. Dr. Butler arrives and was familiar with my issue, asking additional questions to clarify the issue. Performed appropriate exam. Thoroughly explained what approach he recommended and why. Dr. And Staff recommend how to proceed from there. Highly recommend!

Dr Butler took time to explain exactly what the X-ray and MRI results were showing and revealing about my source of pain. He offered several non-surgical options to delay a total knee replacement as long as possible. I would recommend him to anyone suffering with severe knee issues.
