Dr. Phillips is a kind and compassionate Doctor. Dr Philips is thorough and explains the procedures and treatment very clearly. I never feel rushed with Dr Phillips and she answers all your questions. A wonderful Doctor and I feel very fortunate that she did my left hip replacement.

Dr Phillips is amazing and knows her stuff. Hard stop. The staff are all friendly but the wait time to get through an appointment is the only thing that could improve. I was 5 minutes early and finally saw the doctor 50 minutes AFTER my appointment. I was in and out in an hour and fifteen minutes. Paperwork that takes more than three times the amount of time you have with a doctor seems odd in todays world. I was asked on arrival if I’d completed all the paperwork emailed in advance. The only problem was…I never received the paperwork via email. And for what I came in for, the questions were beyond thorough. It’s a nice facility and again Dr Phillips is worthy of a 10 or 12 out of 5 stars for quality of care, explanation of options and bedside manner. The only thing to improve here is the feeling that you are a cog in a wheel of a factory. I was even asked by someone who came to an empty desk how long I’d been finished with the paperwork after I asked someone else what to do with it only to be told to sit and wait for the empty desk to have people come back from break or wherever they were. Weird.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Phillips. She is caring and listens attentively. Her clear explanations are easily understood. The appointment was rushed so there was no time to ask all questions on my list, but it was definitely a productive meeting. She ordered tests for that same day and will schedule an appointment as soon as she receives all lab results. I feel confident she will promptly and correctly diagnose and treat my hip complication.

My knees were bone on bone and I have been dealing with it for years. Finally had my first total knee replacement done by Dr. Jessica Phillips at Orthopedic and Fracture clinic. I had never had surgery before so it was scary. Post 2 weeks and so happy I did. My next one is scheduled at the end of summer. She was awesome! So caring and compassionate. Thank you!

7 years ago I had both knees replaced in another state. My right knee was going out and I was afraid to have surgery again. Dr Phillips took one look and said she could fix this. She always listened to my concerns and told the truth. 6 weeks later I have anew knee and couldn’t be happier. Don’t hesitate get your problem fixed, Dr Phillips is great at her job.
