Jill Moore's Online Review Report Card

Wow, Dr. Jill Moore was the best. Amazing doctor who has a great staff. A doctor who cares, a doctor who IS NOT an alarmist, and trying to just create an unnecessary bills for the patient. Very practical, extremely knowledgeable, took her time with me, and yet was very efficient. On top of all that she gave a very decent discount for cash payment. I ask questions, and her staff finds it very difficult to even apply for any job elsewhere, because they too are treated like individuals who matter and its' obvious they are cared form.

She is fantastic!

I was diagnosed with a rare dermatoses of pregnancy- she was very informed and knowledgeable about my condition and was very comforting during a scary time. I highly recommended her, she is an outstanding provider.

Dr. Moore is the ONLY doctor who properly diagnosed my problem. She is the best ever! Thorough, professional and caring.

She's been one of the greatest doctors I've ever had. We are buddies I am brainy. So I got allot of ideas. She's very awesome about respecting everyone. She's helped me allot. She's calming and sensitive . She's professional at medical procedures and helps with a little micro management at times. She's easy to get any procedure done and she's got a steady hand like no other. She could've been a brain surgeon she's so steady and smart. Her office staff are super corgle.

I don't know how to share our experience with Dr. Moore, and have it sound believable. But Dr. Moore is professional, kind, thorough, yet gentle. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. I visited with her before bringing in my daughter. Our kiddo has a long history of health challenges, many unknowns, when skin issues needed assessment, I had her see Dr. Moore. While other docs from different disciplines are making this journey of helping our daughter painful for her and us, Dr. Moore was the lone voice of support for advocacy. She empowered me, but she really gave me daughter a dose of hope and encouragement. Dr. Moore is fantastic doctor and a genuinely great individual. I still think about her words when we are faced with harder times and confident in her assessments of kiddo. I wish we were able to see her more often.

Dr. Moore is a kind and thorough dermatologist who has the experience and expertise to effectively diagnose and treat skin disorders. I usually see her for annual mole checks - she has detected and removed a few suspicious moles for me, and the areas where the moles were removed have healed up nicely. I’ve also been pleased with the professionalism of her medical and office staff.

They make the process painless and personable! Dr.Moore is wonderful and gentle. Thank you so muchhhh!

She was my doctor for a few years UNTIL I got a kidney infection. I go to her office for an appointment on a Friday and had a routine exam and was told it was probably a cyst on my ovary. They took blood and urine samples. I am not sure why. I got worse that evening and Saturday morning I went to the ER, where I was immediately (after a three hour wait) told that I had a kidney infection. The doctor knew from my symptoms before even getting lab results. Hmm. That made me think this was an easy diagnosis. So Monday I called her office to inform them that I had actually had a kidney infection and felt they should know. The people working in the office are either stupid or lazy. I asked that the message regarding my diagnosis get to Dr. Moore. What they did was call me back a couple of days later to tell me that they had run a urine sample and I had "a knee infection." My response was you can tell that I have a knee infection from urine? She stuttered and I explained that it was my kidney and actually had to convince her that it was not my knee. Anyway, I was irritated that they ran a urine sample to determine if I had a kidney infection, when I had already told them this from my ER visit. Oh, they charged my insurance for this worthless test. I explained to them that not only had I been to the hospital and been diagnosed with a kidney infection while in morbid pain AFTER having gone to her office and given both blood and urine samples, BUT that I had told them all this information and wanted to know why they even bothered NOW with a urine test. No one ever called to apologize for both the medical error and the poor communication at the office. And I never returned. The ER doctor said that had I not gone to the hospital by the next day, I might have died.

Very thorough. Very good manner.
