Dr. Chow is very caring. He is very thorough. He explains things completely and gladly answers any questions you might have. He is the only anethesiologist I ever had that called after the procedure to check on my well being. I have had reaction to anethstesia prior. He took that into concideration and there were no problens.

Dr. Chow was very pleasant with a calm demeanor ~ Dr. Chow came to see me after the surgery, asked how I was doing, if there were any side effects, or problems that I had concerns of ~ There were none ~ I had not ever had an anesthesiologist see me after a surgery ~ It was thoughtful of him to check up on his patient ~ Thank You Very Much Dr. Chow !

I have complete confidence in Dr. Chow. He listens to what you are saying, provides answers that indicate he understands the medical facts of your ailment and doesn't try to rush you out of his office. He's the perfect primary care physician and I feel lucky to have him as my doctor. I'm moving out of the area, but I'll probably drive the 2 hours it will take to see him because I have so much confidence in this opinion.

I have had more than 10 surgeries under general anesthesia over my life and have experienced severe post-operative nausea and vomiting in all of them. Dr. Chow took the time to listen to my many concerns and worked up an anesthesia plan to minimize my nausea/vomiting problems. He succeeded! After the four-hour nasal surgery, I had NO post-op nausea or vomiting for the first time in my life! Dr. Chow carefully listened to me, and I appreciated his attention to all aspects of my well-being. He even called me a few days after the surgery to see how I was doing. In my experience, it is rare to find an anesthesiologist who goes out of the way to connect with a patient the way he did. For future surgeries, I will make every effort to request him again.
