Dr Kemp seemed personal and professional at first. But in my continued communications with him, he because alarmist and down right frightening to me in order to persuade me to 1) get an MRI, and then 2) A CT scan - the cost and stress that these tests caused me was unnecessary. I believe he could have investigated his diagnosis and been more thorough before causing me to go into debt to the healthcare corporations for over 4000K - for absolutely NOTHING! So Thanks for NOTHING Doc.!!!

My mother’s experience with Dr Kemp is great, however my experience with the triage nurse was terrible. She was rude and could only question why I was calling on Friday afternoon instead of calling sooner. As my mothers problem began on Tuesday evening and She was hoping it would clear up, It makes me question the credibility And professionalism of staff.

Was referred to Dr. Kemp for cataract surgery. His office staff were very courteous and thorough. I did not have long waits in between testing. The Dr. is personable, knowledgeable, and explained all matters pertaining to my condition thoroughly. I appreciated the time he took with me.

The first time I made an appointment, I waited for over an hour from my scheduled appointment time and realizing he had two other patients waiting for him, I walked out and saw another Dr. 11 years and my ailing mother has been seeing him for years. I thought my experience was a fluke but after waiting almost 45 minutes past her scheduled appointment time today, we walked out again. I don't recommend this Dr or any others at Eye Health Northwest. They obviously don't value patient time.

Great bedside manner. Both my wife and I like him a lot. Conservative approach, which you'd want dealing with your eyes. Good communicator, makes sure you understand the treatment and potential outcomes. Makes sure your expectations are in line with reality. Under promises and over delivers.

Dr. Kemp and the staff at the clinic and surgery center have my sincere thanks and appreciation for their skill and professionalism. After being extremely nearsighted all my life, I am not wearing glasses! All I can say is I was treated very well and my new vision is beyond my expectations...
