Jordana Gaumond's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Gaumond's for several months now. She is absolutely one of the BEST physicians I have had in my lifetime, and her staff is also exemplary!!!

She is awesome; organized, meticulous, good surgical hands, exceptional personality.

Courteous, good communication and very knowledgeable. My hernia surgery went very well!

I was very disappointed with Dr. Gaumond and her lack of professionalism. I met with her about my abdominal hernia and she was very certain that my weight would make it more difficult which I totally agreed with her and realize that this is a situation. However, she refused to listen to me explain any of my symptoms and assumed everything I am going through is due to my weight. I tried to explain things that have changed since I had an extreme cold last September when I think my hernia got worse and she wouldn't listen to me. I do know my weight is an issue but I also know my body and know when something has changed. She literally walked out of my session with her without so much as a goodbye and when she didn't come back I asked as I had a few questions of what I should do in the meantime before I could actually have surgery. I was told she was with another patient and she didn't have anymore time. I am 66 years old and have never had a doctor treat me that way. No Respect!

Dr Gaumond is the best side of what a medical doctor brings to humanity. She is very calm, kind, and top notch with her knowledge n professional manner. Her explanations were very clear and easy to understand. The medical world of doctors and pharmaceutical company should be very grateful to have someone that puts Hope and trust back into the medical world. Thankful n grateful ?? Todd Sprauer

Dr. Gaumond is such an excellent doctor, surgeon and person. She really listened to all my concerns, and took the time to answer all my questions. She has operated on me three times, all for different reasons, and each time, the surgeries have gone well (one was life saving). My follow-up care has been very thorough. She is a very compassionate doctor.

Dr. Gaumond allowed me to relax and feel I was in good hands. The term "Bedside Manner" is a lost practice these days. Dr. Gaumond has however perfected the art. She is easy to talk to because she is a good listener and pays attention you your needs. Her follow up is just as attentive as the first appointment. If I ever need my gallbladder removed again I will be sure to schedule with her. I wish all physicians shared her skill in the medical field. Maybe we all wound not mind going to see our doctors so much. Thank you Dr. Gaumond.
