Dr. Gaumond, Was straightforward, relatively punctual and available for all my questions. My umbilical surgery went off without a hitch with an easy and excellent recovery. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Gaumond was patient and detailed in explaining my diagnosis, why I needed surgery and how she was going to do the surgery. She was an excellent listener and answered all my questions.I was happy that she could operate on an outpatient basis in a little more than two weeks after my initial visit since it is so hard to get surgery done during the pandemic. I am healing well and would recommend her without reservation.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Gaumond and her lack of professionalism. I met with her about my abdominal hernia and she was very certain that my weight would make it more difficult which I totally agreed with her and realize that this is a situation. However, she refused to listen to me explain any of my symptoms and assumed everything I am going through is due to my weight. I tried to explain things that have changed since I had an extreme cold last September when I think my hernia got worse and she wouldn't listen to me. I do know my weight is an issue but I also know my body and know when something has changed. She literally walked out of my session with her without so much as a goodbye and when she didn't come back I asked as I had a few questions of what I should do in the meantime before I could actually have surgery. I was told she was with another patient and she didn't have anymore time. I am 66 years old and have never had a doctor treat me that way. No Respect!

Dr Gaumond is the best side of what a medical doctor brings to humanity. She is very calm, kind, and top notch with her knowledge n professional manner. Her explanations were very clear and easy to understand.
