Kathleen Waldorf's Online Review Report Card

There’s something really wrong at this office, and especially with Dr. Waldorf. Firstly, as I waited for my consultation, the reception staff were gossiping about an unhappy patient. Then when I met with Dr. Waldorf, she was just awful. Though it was a paid consultation, she acted like I was wasting her time and was extremely condescending. She was snappy, impatient, and cut me off when I tried to talk. Her communication skills were poor. She didn’t answer my questions and made several insulting remarks about my appearance using non-medical language. Looking through the reviews confirmed this behavior is a real pattern for her. I'm so happy she showed her awful true colors right away, because I moved on to work with a wonderful surgeon.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Dr. Waldorf acted like I was wasting her time during a consultation I paid for, and cut it shorter than the half hour I was promised. Her communication skills were poor. She didn't listen, cut me off, and used non-medical and degrading language to describe my appearance. She seems to carry a lot of disdain for her patients. Also, when I walked into the clinic, reception and staff were gossiping about a dissatisfied patient. I would avoid this place and find somewhere more professional.

I saw three different providers before making a selection for my breast life and augmentation. Dr Waldorf checked every box plus more. She was honest and forth coming which was what I needed/wanted in my provider. Dr Waldorf was amazing and her staff was terrific. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Waldorf!

I had a consultation for a facelift with Dr. Waldorf. She was very thorough in describing the procedure and what I could expect before and after surgery. She didn't try to pressure me or upsell more extensive treatment. I felt she was honest in telling me what I could expect and what she thought would be a good treatment plan. I was also very impressed by her before and after photos of other patients that I saw on her website.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Waldorf and her staff. I came in for a facelift, chin implant, and blepharoplasty. The results were as expected and better. Dr. Waldorf provided me with details about the surgery and she was reassuring when I was getting anxious about the procedure. I had a couple of complications and these complications were addressed immediately and were resolved before they became a problem. Overall, I was extremely happy with her work and the staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Waldorf and her practice to anyone.

A good virtual appointment

I went to dr Waldorf for an endoscopic brow lift and fat transfer. It has been 2 months and I see no noticeable brow lift results. She would not show me her before and after pictures, but I have taken my own and kept progress pictures. The fat transfer has also been disappointing. I have twice as much fullness on the left side of my face than the right, and a crease under my right eye that was not there before surgery. I have spoken with her about these concerns and she would not acknowledge them. At my last appointment, she told me nothing could be done. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

I paid over 10k for a brow lift and fat transfer to my face. I have no noticeable improvements, and the dr is unwilling to listen or fix my brows. This is a breach of contract. I paid for an endoscopic brow lift that I did not get. A complete waste of time, and I have two bald spots and credit card debt as moments.

Never felt fear or uncaring with Dr. Waldorf. William Shakespeare said it best: "Things done well and with a care, exempt themselves from fear."

Dr. Waldorf did my breast implant surgery 4 years ago. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and I could not be happier with my results . My breasts look natural and the scars are almost invisible. I have recommended her to a couple of friends and they are very happy as well. The surgery center is beautiful and the whole experience was very positive. I am very happy!!
