My experience with Jordan has been very good and helpful. I feel real comfortable talking and sharing my medical needs with her. She also follows up with my doctors and keeps track of all my appointments. Jordan answers any questions I have and if she doesn't know, she will look it up or calls and asks for that information. Or if that doesn't work she will find another avenue for it. I have enjoyed my time with Jordan so far and look forward to the next visit. Keep up the good work Jordan. My mother is 86 and she has a doctor come to assess her health every year. They check her vitals, check for fall risks in the home, make sure her mental, physical, social, and environmental needs are met. These doctors are kind and compassionate. My mother can't say enough nice things about these doctors that come from Landmark Health. The Landmark doctors always arrive when they say they're going to. Every Landmark person we've dealt with (in-home or on the Phone) has been very courteous and attentive. Their exams and treatment plans are very thorough. We really appreciate that Landmark is part of our insurance plan.
